Mental Health Support

Mental Health Support & NDIS Support Work

As a registered NDIS support worker, I provide compassionate, one-on-one support for individuals living with mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

My approach is person-centred, focusing on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered. I work alongside you at your own pace, supporting your independence while helping you build structure, confidence, and stability in your daily life.

Support is tailored to your individual needs and goals, and may include assistance with daily routines, emotional support, community access, and maintaining overall wellbeing.

I hold current Yellow and Blue Cards, Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance ensuring I meet all required safety and screening standards to provide trusted, professional care.

Support may include:

  • Emotional support and regular check-ins
  • Assistance with daily living and routines
  • Community access and social support
  • Encouragement in maintaining healthy habits
  • Building confidence, independence, and life skills

I can also work collaboratively with your existing support network, ensuring your care is consistent and aligned with your NDIS goals.

This is about supporting you to live your life with greater confidence, stability, and independence — in a way that feels right for you.
